"Art in the Garden"

A painting group gathered in the summertime for five lovely days. They painted people: a young man in a toga, musicians, and ladies in beautiful dresses. Each day these painters were graced with the presence of a noted Northwest Artist who spent time encouraging and teaching the fine points of figure painting. The setting was a Northwest garden; big leaf maples, western red cedars along with blooming hydrangeas, and red geraniums. This show is about artists coming together and enjoying each others’ company through the process of creating works of art.
