Beaverton Lodge is a modern, three story structure with apartment units located in three wings that radiate from a central building. The central building contains all the support facilities and is only a short walk away from any apartment through heated/air conditioned corridors that are serviced by elevators. Support facilities within the central building include: Central Kitchen with Dining Hall and Lounge There's a special area for entertaining your guests. Free Movies in HDTV Theater Free Transportation We provide transportation to doctors, shopping, and library. You are within walking distance of churches, Stuhr Senior Center and nearby parks. Beauty and Barber Shop Greenhouse/Garden Exercise your green thumb. Hobby Areas: Spaces set aside for you to create a sculpture, ceramic or painting. Library Mini Market/Gift Shop/Pharmacy Tenant High Speed Internet Room Indoor Swimming Pool and Exercise Facility We have a well-equipped facility, complete with private changing and shower stalls, treadmill and indoor stationary bikes with TV's to watch for a more enjoyable workout, an indoor swimming pool for senior water exercise, as well as lap swimming. Exercise specialists for the elderly are pleased by the benefits resulting from low-impact water exercises where seniors are able to restore strength and flexibility by exercising with most of their body weight supported by water.
